Sky View is your bridge between hospital and home, spanning the gap from recovery to community reentry. Our team of highly skilled physical, occupational, speech, and respiratory therapists really care about you. They’ll work together to create a restorative care program that prepares you for an eventual return back home. All of them are hard at work, seven days a week, helping you reach your highest level of functioning in as short an amount of time as possible. They’ll develop an individual therapy plan for you, based on your initial abilities and future goals, while your discharge planning will begin the moment you walk through the door. This amalgam of exceptional medical care and compassionate caregivers takes place in a home-like atmosphere against the relaxing backdrop of Mother Nature.

Both short term/subacute and long-term care residents are welcome, and will be comfortably introduced to the Sky View family.
